We are pleased to announce that – due to public demand – the deadline for abstract submissions for the First Latin American Conference on Eye Movements (LACEM) has been extended to July 1, 2025.
The conference will take place in Viña del Mar, Chile, from December 10th to 12th, 2025, and is organized by the Language & Cognition Laboratory at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. LACEM seeks to establish an international platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration around eye-movement research.
This in-person event warmly invites submissions from researchers working in a wide range of basic and applied fields utilizing eye-tracking, including psychology, linguistics, neurophysiology, computer science, education, marketing, and more. The conference will place special emphasis on topics relevant to Latin America and languages spoken in the region.
